OLI electric motor vibrators are designed and manufactured with the latest technology, premium materials and components. Depending on the model, they provide a centrifugal force of up to 26 000 kg with several voltage options.
OLI's range of electric vibrators covers several applications in transportation as well as many industrial sectors: from food to mining, from foundry to recycling as some examples.
The vibrator bodies, bearing flanges and shafts are FMEA designed and manufactured from a premium aluminum alloy, cast iron and steel alloy to withstand heavy duty applications. Vacuum-impregnated windings and Class F insulation materials increase reliability and durability.
Quality bearings and an efficient lubrication system ensure lasting performance and low noise generation. Adjustable eccentric masses for easy adjustment of the centrifugal force provided by the vibrator. Relevant certifications for use in hazardous environments are available for the OLI range.
